I am Analía Noelia Robles from the San Nicolás de los Arroyos Dialysis Center, where I have been working for more than 9 years.
I entered as a Nurse; Today I have a degree in Nursing and I continue to train constantly to be able to grow professionally and to provide quality, both to patients and to my workplace. I want to share with you the research that I developed and that was exposed in the Vlll International Virtual Ibero-American Congress of Nursing. Doing so was something very enriching for me and a great life experience: being able to exchange information with colleagues from other countries, being at the same time part of the contribution.
The development of the work "Factors that influence therapeutic adherence in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis" is based on understanding what happens in individuals as patients in order to empower them and follow the treatment. Dialogue with each dialysed person was a fundamental part of this research, to have a broader perspective that includes, in addition to their physical health, the social factor and their emotional state.
The support you give me at work is really gratifying. I have to confess that this push they give me, added to my desire to achieve my best version, is what motivates me to want to grow day by day, to improve as a person, as a professional and as a support in helping others.
Thanks for everything!
